Sh. D. C. Rastogi (CEO & Managing Director)
A Chemical Engineering graduate of I.I.T. – Roorkee, Sh. D.C. Rastogi is the founder of MVS. His technical expertise is very well respected in the Industrial Gas industry. With direct involvement of Sh. Rastogi, MVS continues to invest heavily into R&D to improve our product line, with improved efficiency and reliability. Sh. Rastogi is passionate about innovation, quality and strongly believes in continuous improvement of our product line. This sets the path for our company’s widely held philosophies and also sets the tone for our corporate culture.Sh. Rastogi founded the company in 1977 after garnering experience in the Air & Gas domain for several years. At the time of inception, the market was underserved and India was not at the forefront of technology. With a vision to change that, Mr. Rastogi took it upon himself to actively pursue collaboration to introduce latest market leading technologies in India. Mr. Rastogi, till date, is actively involved in technical discussions, decisions and customer interactions to ensure MVS continues to be the market leader.
Mr. Siddharth Rastogi (Executive Director)
Son of Sh. D. C. Rastogi, Mr. Siddharth Rastogi joined the business in 2010 and is responsible for Sales and Marketing of new product lines such as Hydrogen and large Oxygen plants. Mr. Siddharth Rastogi has a background in Systems Analysis and also has as MBA from Washington University, USA. With an acumen for international business and a well travelled individual, Mr. Rastogi is paving new paths for MVS Engineering to follow and is directly responsible for strategically finding areas of growth with new partnerships worldwide with companies that complement MVS’ product line and also by finding ways to grow overseas markets to increase our exports.
Mr. D. K . Chaudhary (Technical Director)
Mr. D.K. Chaudhary, a Chemical Engineering graduate from HBTI Kanpur has been with MVS since the late 70’s. Mr. Chaudhary is having 36-years experience in the field of Industrial Gases. Mr. Chaudhary’s analytical abilities allow him to analyze new challenges with new perspectives. Mr. Chaudhary stays current with latest technologies to ensure our products are staying many steps ahead of our competition. He is also responsible for many of the R&D efforts that are undertaken at MVS Engineering.
Mr. K. N. Narula (Vice-President, Projects)
Mr. K.N. Narula, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from N.I.T. Kurukshetra has been with MVS for nearly 3 decades and has the overarching responsibility for project execution, equipment manufacturing and quality assurance. Mr. Narula has over 33-years experience in the field of Industrial Gases. Mr. Narula’s keen eye to detail is the key for our product quality and his in-depth engineering knowledge including code standards such as ISI and ASME allow MVS products to conform to the best standards in the world. He is responsible for timely execution of projects and installations of MVS plants worldwide.
Mr. K. K. Mehrotra (Vice-President, Business Administration)
Mr. K.K. Mehrotra, a Chemical Engineering graduate of HBTI Kanpur has overall industrial experience exceeding 33-years. Mr. Mehrotra handles the day-to-day manufacturing operations including purchase. Mr. Mehrotra also interfaces with the customers on a regular basis. He is looking after all commercial aspects, liaisoning with customers and to ensure that customer’s service needs are met in a timely manner. Mr. Mehrotra ensures the smooth functioning of daily operations by interfacing with all facets of the organization including procurement, accounts, service, sales and marketing.
Mr. Anil Kr. Arora (Vice-President, Accounts & Finance)
Mr. Anil Kr. Arora, a 1979 commerce graduate from Rohilkhand University has been with MVS right from the beginning of the company. Mr. Arora has more than 28 years experience in the finance department at various levels and is currently looking after the complete functioning of the Accounts department at MVS Engineering. Mr. Arora oversees handling of all financial transactions of the company and is responsible for providing financial strategic guidance for the company.
Mr. Lalit Jetley (GM, Works)
Mr. Lalit Jetley is a Gold Medalist in Mechanical Engineering from Government Institute of Engineering, Sonepat Haryana. He is associated with the company for 3-decades and specializes in the field of manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Gas plants with International Engineering Codes & Standards (IS, ASME, TEMA, IBR, API, etc.). Mr Jetley is responsible for production, coordinating third party inspections (DNV, UDHA INDIA, NTPC, EIL etc.), Quality Assurance and coordination of plant operations-stores/inventory. He effectively implements manufacturing strategies and accelerated action plans to ensure manufacturing of Pressure Vessels and gas plants. With a well equipped facility and skilled force, he ensures our products in different material of construction are in compliance to quality standards, overall customer satisfaction and adherence to delivery time-line.
Col. S. M. Bahl (Vice-President, HR)
Col. (Ret’d.) S.M. Bahl retired from the Indian Armed Forces in early ’90s and joined MVS Engineering to oversee key administrative areas including HR and governmental liaising. Col. Bahl instills a sense of discipline in the organization. Col. Bahl is responsible for the overall facility management that includes our corporate headquarters in New Delhi, works in Okhla Industrial Area in New Delhi and any upcoming sites that the company develops and/or manages.
