This customer has procured the Oxygen gas plant from MVS of the following specifications:

This is a complete plant supply on Turnkey basis with a dedicated air compressor. We have also supplied 2-storage tanks for storing the Oxygen produced such that peak requirements can be easily catered to.
Our customer, one of India’s largest lead acid battery manufacturer in South India was previously using Oxygen gas cylinders for enriching their LPG flame for brazing of battery terminals. The Oxygen gas is used to achieve higher temperatures and is vital for this industry to maintain cost control. Oxygen being brought in via cylinders was not only expensive, but also very cumbersome. The brazing process operators had to continuously worry about replacing cylinders and hence their productivity was being impacted. Now with an On-site Oxygen gas generator, which is meant to operate 24×7 will provide Oxygen continuously to the process, thereby improving reliability and also improve efficiency of this battery manufacturing factory.
