MVS Engineering strongly believes in reducing the impact on our planet so that we can leave a better planet for the next generation than the one we inherited.
This has been the founding belief for our company. We help customers understand the eco-frien
dly nature of on-site gas generation. A customer opting for the on-site gas generation no longer requires delivery of gas to their factory. This has a direct reduction in transportation required to deliver the gas cylinders or bulk gas in the liquid in cryotankers. Be it nitrogen gas, oxygen gas or hydrogen gas, primary delivery mode of these gases for the majority of the customers is to get it delivered by trucks and other vehicles.
Stored gases in liquid cryotanks experience loses due to evaporation and many times due to faulty valves and regulators, even gases delivered in cylinders experience heavy wastage. As a result, gases produced aren’t completely used. In comparison, on-site production of nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen gases using MVS technologically advanced gas plants, only the gas consumed is the gas produced. This on-demand process is very efficient and does not have wastages. Think of it like “Just in Time” delivery. We are all familiar with the efficiency effects of JIT methodology. Similarly, MVS on-site gas generation systems provide gas on JIT basis.
MVS not only helps customers but also introspects on how we can reduce our own carbon footprint. We are fortunate to have our office situated within 1-minute walk of Delhi Metro station. We recommend all our customers and vendors to consider using Delhi’s efficient and cost-effective Metro system when visiting our office.
MVS has also installed rooftop solar panels for electricity production on our global HQ roof and also on the roof of our factory. Both these installations have allowed our electricity consumption to reduce drastically and on weekends when our facilities aren’t operational, we are glad to become net exporters of electricity to the grid.
