Flow Range

We design and manufacture systems ranging from 5 to 500 Nm3/hr in a single train. If higher capacity is required, we recommend multiple systems.

Hydrogen Purity

99.9999% purity Hydrogen is delivered by our high purity bipolar electrolysis units. We also offer a low purity option delivering hydrogen at 99.8% purity.

Dew Point

MVS Hydrogen generators deliver very dry gas, with dew point as low as (-) 60°C. We also offer measuring instruments for online detection of gas dryness.

Pressure

Hydrogen gas is delivered from our systemsat 15 kg/cm2g without the need of a booster compressor. This pressure satisfies the requirement of the majority of our customers. We offerbooster compressorfor customersrequiring Hydrogen gas at a higher pressure.

كيف تعمل مولدات غاز الهيدروجين

يتولد غاز الهيدروجين من الماء منزوع الاملاح او الايونات كمصدر اساسى كما فى المعادله :

 2H2O = 2H2 + O2

حيث يمر الماء خلال وحدة الفصل الكهربى التى تعمل بالتيار المستمر ثم ينفصل الماء الى اكسجين وهيدروجين, حيت يتم تصريف غاز الاكسجين الى الهواء الجوى بطريقة امنه ويستخلص غاز الهيدرجين بضغط عالى للاستخدام مباشرة من وحدة التوليد بعد تجفيفه من اى بخار ماء عبر مروره على المجفف.
وتتدع شركة ام فى اس العملاء اللذين يريدون ملئ الاسطوانات بغاز الهيدروجين بوحد ملئ كامله عباره عن ضاغط هيدروجين ذو ضغط عال.

توجد هناك شراكه فعليه بين شركة ام فى اس الهنديه وشركة بروتون الامريكيه والتى تعد من اكبر مصنعى اغشية التنقيه المتقدمه على مستوى العالم وقد تم بيع اكثر من 2500 جهاز عالميا وهناك فى الهند وحدها اكثر من 30 جهاز يعمل بكفاءه .
