A leading Steel Tube Company in Chennai has been using MVS – Exo gas generators successfully in Roller Hearth Furnaces since many years. For their Plant expansion, we have supplied recently 3-more Rich Exo-gas generators for annealing of Carbon steel Tubes / Pipes.
These are fully automatic units with Safety interlocks. A specially designed burner is used for soot-free combustion & burner ignition is by spark plug & flame is continuously monitored by UV sensor. If any abnormality during running, the Gas generator trips with alarm on the Control panel.
MVS also manufactures Mono Gas generators for producing CO2 free Rich Exo gas. In this Gas generator, a Molecular Sieves Unit is added for removing CO2 & moisture. The Mono gas produced is very dry, free from CO2 & contains CO, Hydrogen & Nitrogen. The Dew point of Mono gas produced is around (-) 60°C for getting bright annealing in Batch / continuous Heat treatment furnaces.
