PSA Nitrogen plant supplied to leading HVAC company in Sharjah, UAE

MVS has supplied a PSA Nitrogen gas plant to one of UAE’s leading HVAC equipment company. Our customer in Sharjah (UAE) is a manufacturer of air conditioning systems, chillers and refrigeration coils. They require Nitrogen for their process purging and also high-pressure testing of coils.

Customer has procured Nitrogen Plant from MVS of following specifications :

Technology: Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)

Capacity: 300 Nm3/hr

Purity: 99.95%

This complete Nitrogen Plant supply was done on Turnkey basis including Air Compressor supply in our scope.

Application:

Part of the produced Nitrogen will be used at low pressure for Purging of coils. Balance Nitrogen will be boosted to High Pressure by a booster compressor for Pressure Testing of Coils. In fact, we were able to save the customer a tremendous amount of cost by re-provisioning their existing high pressure air compressor for Nitrogen pressure boosting purposes.
