PSA Oxygen generators are suitable for flows from 1 nm3/hr to 200 nm3/hr. For higher flows, we recommend VPSA oxygen generators.
Purity up to 95% is easily achievable by PSA oxygen generators, with balance mostly being a mix of inert gases such as nitrogen and argon. While this purity is suitable for many applications such as water purification, furnace enrichment, it may not be suitable for applications where 99% purity is a must.
Our PSA oxygen generators can deliver oxygen directly at 5 kg/cm2g pressure without an additional booster, making is suitable for most applications. If higher pressure is required by customer process or for storage, then we supply an additional booster.
Our psa oxygen plant deliver very dry gas, with dew point as low as (-) 40°C. We also offer measuring instruments for online detection of gas dryness.
The generator is equipped with Online Digital Analyzer to measure Oxygen purity before it goes to Buffer tank. If purity falls below set points, the Oxygen supply to storage tank stops & alarm signal is displayed to indicate generator malfunction. Drop in purity also signals for the gas supply to be diverted to the backup Oxygen supply. This is done automatically by the switchover panel. It closes Auto-shut-off valve in Oxygen supply line & actuates reserve cylinder Oxygen supply valve to maintain continuous Oxygen supply.
Pressure in Oxygen Buffer tank is continuously monitored by Pressure Transmitter. Whenever Oxygen Buffer vessel pressure falls below 3.5 Bar, an alarm is sounded. Drop in buffer vessel pressure also activates the reserve supply system to be activated automatically through the switchover panel.
In most hospital applications, Oxygen is consumed at 4-Barg pressure & this pressure is directly produced from our Onsite Oxygen generators. For back-up of Oxygen, either market Oxygen cylinders can be connected or, alternatively, we supply Cylinders filling system which fills Oxygen cylinders up to 150-Bar pressure & these Oxygen cylinders are used as back-up cylinders. Also, for remote locations use, these filled Oxygen cylinders can be used.
PSA oxygen generators utilize the well-known and mature Pressure Swing Adsorption technology. Atmospheric air comprises of 20-21% oxygen and the PSA process utilizes Zeolite molecular sieves to extract this Oxygen from air. Oxygen at 95% is delivered, while the nitrogen adsorbed by the molecular sieves is vented back into air through the exhaust line.
PSA Oxygen Plant process consists of 2 vessels filled with Molecular Sieves and Activated Alumina. Clean compressed air at 30°C temperature is passed through one vessel and oxygen comes out as product gas. The exhaust gas (Nitrogen) is discharged back into the atmosphere. Upon saturation of the molecular sieve bed, the process switches Oxygen generation to the other bed by automatic valves, while allowing the saturated bed to undergo regeneration by depressurization and purging to atmospheric pressure. Thus 2-vessels keep cycling alternately in Oxygen production and regeneration ensuring Oxygen gas is continuously available to your process.

Our PSA Oxygen Gas Generators are widely used across many industries including:
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here.
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable.
It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing
The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.
Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
