MVS manufactures Rich Exo Gas generators for bright annealing of Steel tubes in Roller hearth furnaces.
The Rich Exo gas has low oxidation potential for producing bright surface Tubes. These Gas generators use LPG Or Natural gas as the fuel & Exo gas is dried to (+) 5°C Dew point, which provides bright surface during annealing. MVS also provides Desiccant type Molecular Sieve Dryer after Exo gas generator, for getting (-) 60°C Dew point. This very dry gas gives, further improvement in surface brightness.
