1. Nitrogen purging This technique helps eliminate the presence of oxygen from the packaging before finally sealing the pack to help protect and preserve the products from getting in contact with airborne contaminants.

2. Nitrogen blanketing Blanketing means infusing nitrogen and eliminating the presence of oxygen from the pack.
